If the seeds are sown mixed with the pulp, we frequently observe moulds on the pulp, which compromise the success of sowing. Thus, it will be necessary to separate pulp from seeds. One can do it by depositing the mixture on an absorbing paper and rubbing the pulp and seeds against the paper with fingers to begin the separation. The most liquid parts of the pulp are absorbed by paper. The less liquid parts also start to be detached from seeds under the effect of friction.
