 It is clear from this picture that 'Ruby Pinwheel' is a double-flowered Epiphyllum. He is also one of the representatives of the Wressey Cocke's 50^th crossbreeding, I mentioned  in my article on double-flowered Epiphyllum (link at the end of this update).

 All the representatives of the the Wressey Cocke's 50^th crossbreeding (famous American hybridizer) have the same mother: 'Ruby Snowflake' and the same father: 'Tassel'.

The stamens of this flower are very few in number.
