This Schlumbergera is an artificially induced mutation

of Schlumbergera x 'Bridgeport' whose petals are not serrated.

Here they are, a bit like those of a carnation.

The mutation is unstable: S. x 'Aspen' often flowers like S. x 'Bridgeport'

and sometimes with serrated fringes, as here.
